Real Social Care Solutions Ltd is a registered company providing services to the health and social care sectors to younger adults aged between 18 and 65 years. This includes those with complex health needs, the presentation of behaviours that challenge services, mobility needs and physical disabilities; sensory impairment (including acquired brain injury); cognitive impairment; dementia, learning disabilities and/or autism.
Our vision is to become the number one choice when it comes to supported living and outreach services in the East Midlands area and to one of the leading supported living and outreach service providers in England within the next 10 years.
